用途 / Purpose
Report Bot 在获得 Google 账号授权后，访问 Google Drive 和 Google Sheets，以查找或复制指定报表模板，以及读取、填写和更新指定报表。The bot accesses Google Drive and Google Sheets with account authorization to locate or copy designated templates and to read or update designated reports.
数据使用和共享 / Data use and sharing
机器人处理报表文件信息、表格内容和授权令牌。报表链接及选定统计结果会发送到已配置的 Telegram 群组；该群组的成员可以看到这些内容。Google 账号数据不会用于广告，也不会出售。The bot processes report file information, spreadsheet content, and authorization tokens. Report links and selected statistics are sent to configured Telegram groups and can be viewed by their members. Google account data is not sold or used for advertising.
存储和访问 / Storage and access
授权令牌保存在运行机器人的服务器上，仅用于上述报表功能。报表仍存放在授权账号的 Google Drive 中，机器人运行日志和配置可能保留报表标识及运行结果。Authorization tokens are stored on the bot server for the reporting functions above. Reports remain in the authorized account's Google Drive; operational logs and configuration may retain report identifiers and processing results.
撤销授权 / Revocation
您可以在 Google 账号的第三方连接设置中撤销 Report Bot 的访问权限。撤销后，相关自动报表功能将停止，直到重新授权。You can revoke access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Related automated reporting will stop until authorization is restored.
